Please email info@butterevents.com.au noting your hire date and cancellation reason within 4 weeks of your event to avoid any penalty fees

As the soft play and castles have been booked and set aside for your exclusive use on the requested date, there are limits on credit options.

Please ensure you have a backup indoor venue in the vent of wet/windy weather

During periods of severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, storms etc), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If conditions are not expected to be too severe we will proceed with your booking unless we hear from you.

In the event of a cancellation the following surcharges will apply:

4 weeks from event: Full 12 month credit

3 weeks from event: Credit minus 25% surcharge

2 weeks from event: Credit minus 35% surcharge

1 week from event: Credit minus 50% surcharge

Less than 3 days from event: No credit. Full forfeiture of hire fee

Credits do not apply should weather impact your hire after the castle has been installed or after your booking date has been postponed once. Again, please ensure you have an indoor venue on standby in case of wet/windy weather
